Refund policy
Delivery & Return of Digital Products
Upon successful completion of your purchase, the digital product(s) (eg., workbooks) you've selected will be delivered to you via email. Please make sure to provide a valid and accurate email address during the checkout process to ensure the timely delivery of your purchase.
The email address you use on checkout is the email address your products will be sent to. First you will receive a confirmation email, and then you will get an email with your download links. Sometimes they may come within the same email.
If you do not receive the delivery email within a reasonable timeframe after your purchase, please check your spam or junk folder. If you encounter any issues, contact me at info@studioinkwriters.com.
Since digital products are instant-downloads and non-tangible goods, there are no refunds or returns once they have been successfully delivered. All sales are final.
In rare cases where there may be an error or issue with the digital product delivered, please contact me through the Contact Form or directly by email at info@studioinkwriters.com within two days of purchase. I will investigate the matter promptly and resolve the issue.
It is important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out if you have any question or concern.
Coaching Sessions
Payment towards a coaching session is eligible for refund when you cancel it up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session. No refunds will be provided if you cancel within 48 hours before the scheduled start of the coaching session or after the session. Contact me to cancel a coaching session.
You have the option to reschedule a coaching session to a later date and/or time up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the original session. A coaching session cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session. Contact me to reschedule a session.
I understand that unpredictable circumstances can get in the way of our plans. Reach out anyway if you aren’t sure about cancelling, getting a refund, or rescheduling. We can discuss alternative arrangements even if your window for refund/cancellation has passed.
Workshops
Payment towards a workshop is eligible for refund when you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop. No refunds will be provided if you cancel within 48 hours before the scheduled start of the workshop or after the workshop. Contact me to cancel your booking.
Since this is a group event, the option to reschedule isn't available.

To start a request for refund, if applicable, contact me using the Contact Form or email me at info@studioinkwriters.com. Please include your Order Number when you initiate this request.
I will notify you once I’ve received your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your request for refund, please contact me at info@studioinkwriters.com.
